Delete your account

Ask us to delete your RaphaRise ChurchOS account and your personal details. Your church administrators are told and may complete it sooner; otherwise it completes automatically after 14 days. You can cancel any time before then.

What will be deleted

• Your sign-in (password, sessions, push notification tokens)
• Your profile details: name, e-mail, phone, address, date of birth, emergency contact and photo
• Your notifications, join requests, care and prayer requests
• Your personal Bible notes and reading progress
• Your Global One follows, blocks and reactions
• Your membership record and household membership

What is kept, and why

• Church financial records you took part in (claims, petty cash, vouchers, payments, giving records)
• Attendance records and meeting minutes/actions
• Approval decisions and audit history
• These records stay only because the church needs them for its accounts and audit. They no longer show your name: they point to "Former member".

Kept records are retained for 7 years and may be purged after that.

What this does not do

• Anything stored only on your own device (for example Personal Finance data) is not on our servers and is not deleted by this request; remove it from the app or by uninstalling.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play purchase or subscription; manage those in your store account.
